Kuwait PM announces return to normal life, entry of fifth phase of gradual returning plan.

The Cabinet announced Wednesday:

-Removing the mask mandate in open areas in Kuwait starting October 24, 2021.

-Dropping social distancing between worshippers in mosques during Friday prayers.

-All visas will be opened for vaccinated starting from October 24, 2021.

-Kuwait International Airport will return to 100% capacity from October 24, 2021.

-Conferences and weddings can be held with attendance of vaccinated people only and with masks required starting October 24, 2021.
