DMT Announces The Relocation of Customer Service Centres in Abu Dhabi And Al Ain

The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), has announced the merger of Customer Service and Happiness Centres affiliated with the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) and the municipalities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain with effect from August 1st, 2021, as well as the transfer of all of their related operations and procedures to their new locations. The move has the aim of improving and expanding all government services provided by the department and consolidating them in central locations so as to save time and exceed the aspirations of customers.

DMT said that the Customer Happiness Centre in the Rabdan area will be moved to the Customer Service Centre in Abu Dhabi City Municipality HQ, with the Rabdan center being closed on August 1st, 2021. The Customer Happiness Centre in Al Gahli will be closed from August 1st, 2021 and will move to the Customer Happiness Centre in Al Ain City Municipality-HQ.

The Department also announced the merger of 5 customer centres affiliated to Al Ain Municipality, starting from August 1, 2021, in order to increase the efficiency of operations, as follows:

1- Incorporation of Al Shuwaib, Al Faqa and Sweihan customer service centres into Al Hayer center.

2- Incorporation of Ramah Customer Service centre into Al Khaznah centre.

3- Incorporation of Al Quaa Customer Service centre in Al-Wagan centre.

DMT also encurged all customers to take advantage of access to all municipal services and Integrated Transport Center ITC through the Smart Services Platform (Smart Hub), and to use more government services avialble on the smart platform “Tamm”.

The Department also invited all customers to visit the new centres in both locations and thanked them for their cooperation and contribution of their opinions to improve the efficiency of the services of DMT and its affiliates.
