UAE President pardons 439 inmates ahead of Ramadan

His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, orders the release of 439 inmates of punitive and correctional institutions who were sentenced in different cases, and undertakes to settle their financial obligations, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
