Ahead of Ramadan… Umm Al Quwain issues a set of directives to preserve public health

Ahead of Ramadan… the “Emergency and Crisis” team in Umm Al Quwain issued a set of directives, including: banning gatherings and meal distribution, prohibiting family, institutional, or commercial iftar tents in any public place. Women’s prayer rooms will remain closed.

The “Emergencies and Crises” team in Umm Al Quwain calls on the society members to report begging and any other violations on (901) and (067062000). Qur’an books and other gifts distribution in workplaces is banned, while large gatherings in places related to Ramadan activities, such as markets and shops, should be avoided, and adherence to the approved capacity rates in closed areas.
