Mohammed bin Rashid: Al-Ula summit is positive and unifying

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai:

• Today I participated in the 41st GCC summit in Al-Ula. It was a successful summit that has united goals and bolstered fraternity under the auspices of my brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The current changes and challenges require real Gulf and Arab strength, cohesion and cooperation.

• In 1981 .. Forty years ago, our founding father Sheikh Zayed, hosted the first summit in Abu Dhabi with his brothers, leaders of the GCC countries. Cooperation is the legacy of these leaders for their peoples. Today, we consolidate our journey and brotherhood and renew the spirit of cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.

• We thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for hosting this successful summit, and we renew our confidence in the GCC countries vision. We are optimistic that the coming years will carry stability, security, and achievement to serve our people and the region’s stability.
