Mohammed bin Zayed: At its meeting today, the Supreme Petroleum Council announced the discovery of new oil resources in Abu Dhabi & approved ADNOC’s AED 448bn CAPEX plan for 2021-2025. Under the plan, ADNOC will drive over AED 160bn of in country value into the UAE economy between 2021-2025.
“The SPC commended ADNOC for its robust and proactive response to COVID-19 throughout this year, which has consistently prioritized health and safety while maintaining its business continuity and preserving its sustained contribution to the UAE economy”, Sheikh Mohammed said.
“I was pleased to meet with ADNOC’s frontline staff & to thank them for their continued hard work & dedication. It was also a privilege to meet with the ADNOC’s Future Leaders cohort and to reiterate our commitment to supporting the nation’s youth as they advance in their careers”, His Highness added.
