Avoid touching bare electrical wires and cables

Ras Al Khaimah Police warn against touching bare electrical wires, cables, or water pools formed under lampposts to avoid exposure to electrical shocks. Parents are urged to monitor their children during playing outdoors and warn them against being in the vicinity of electrical sites especially when playing with kites. The public is advised to call 991 or 992 to report any negative incidents.
