Umm Al Quwain accidentmotorist was intoxicated

Ministry of Interior: Investigations about Umm Al Quwain collision accident which occurred early morning yesterday, Sunday, revealed that the deceased who was driving the vehicle at a high-speed and against the traffic flow was under the influence of alcohol. He was also possessing alcoholic beverages in his vehicle, and his blood sample test showed a high level of alcohol.
