RAK Police arrested a groom for flouting the preventive measure

Ras al-Khaimah police have arrested an Asian groom who celebrated his wedding in one of the wedding halls in the emirate without adhering to the preventative measures set for holding such celebrations. He had also published videos on social media platforms of the wedding showing him and the invitees lack of commitment to safety measures. The groom has been referred to the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster prosecution for legal action.

Ras al Khaimah Police is keen to ensure the health a nd safety of the public and emphasizes that it will not tolearate any violations of the measures placed to curb the spread of Coronavirus.
