Residential homeowners compelled to install fire detectors

UAE Cabinet, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed, decides to compel residential homeowners to install fire detectors and participate in the electronic civil defence system.

The resolution is in the light of the Government and the leadership efforts to preserve the lives and property of citizens and residents, to provide the greatest public safety and to protect society from the threat of fire
