An Asian man involves his friend in “Hashish” crime

Ras Al-Khaimah Criminal Court of Appeal upheld the verdict issued by the court of the first instance to sentence an Asian defendant to 5 years in prison on the charge of concealing drugs for his Asian friend use without his knowledge. Another Asian defendant was fined AED 10,000 on the charge of use and possession of Hashish and both of them were sentenced to deportation.
