A Gulf man was acquitted of issuing “checks without balance” crime

Al Ain Court of Appeal acquitted a Gulf man who was accused of issuing 3 checks without balance to his friend (his former partner). He appealed and insisted that he had given his partner all dues worth AED 280,000 without taking his checks back for his trust in his friend.
