European girl arrested for violating instructions

Dubai Police arrests a young European woman of Arab origins who streamed a video ignoring the “Stay at Home” initiative and the current health and security instructions. She has been referred to the cyber crime Prosecution Department at the Federal Public Prosecution.

Breaching the country’s laws and regulations is punishable by imprisonment and a penalty not less than AED 200,000 and not more than AED1,000,000, or one of these sanctions for anyone who provokes breach, Dubai police added.
