A father demanded to stop his children disbursements

A father filed a lawsuit to cease disbursement payment for his 6 children worth AED 20,000 per month, stating that after he divorced his wife the court ordered him to pay but his ex-wife did not implement the verdict and did not take the children from him. The court decided to upheld his request and obliged the defendant to return all the funds she had received.
