Temporary suspension of Prayers in places of worship

The National Emergency Crises and Disasters Management Authority, and “Islamic Affairs” in coordination with the federal and local religious and health authorities, have decided to suspend prayers in mosques, prayer halls, places of worship and their facilities throughout the country temporarily, starting from today 9 pm for a period of 4 weeks, in order to ensure the safety of individuals and the public health.
