Circular concerning the working hours of female employees

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources calls on ministries and federal entities to grant their female employees, mothers of children registered in nurseries which has been suspended flexibility in working hours without prejudice to the interest of work. To allow them to take two hours either at the beginning or at the end of the working day.
