Overturning a verdict obliged a government entity to pay AED 1.2 M to an employee

The Federal Supreme Court overturned a verdict that obligated a federal government entity to pay AED 1,246,000 to an employee as end-of-service gratuity.

It was found that the verdict calculated his service period for one continuous period, while it was divided into two periods, based on a ministerial decision.
