Gulf man referred to the judiciary for insulting his friend

After many years of friendship .. a gulf man is accusing his friend (gulf) of insulting him via “WhatsApp” message saying: “You are the most dirty person I ever knew.”

The accused confirmed before Abu Dhabi Appeal court that he had long standing friendship with the plaintiff, and he stood by him when everyone abandoned him, and added: The message I sent was a blame and not insult.
