NCM: opportunity of fog formation and poor visibility

“NCM” urges motorists and road users to exercise caution due to the opportunity of fog formation and low horizontal visibility to its lowest levels, and maybe lacking at times in some internal and coastal areas from 11 PM until tomorrow 9AM.
