An American woman imprisoned for hiding cocaine in her suitcase handles

Dubai criminal court sentenced an American visitor to 10 years in prison followed by deportation and a penalty of AED 50,000 for bringing and possessing 1.9 kg of cocaine in a smuggling attempt “by air” hidden in the handles of her suitcases.
