A young man penalized AED 5000 for deceiving a woman with marriage

Fujairah Criminal Court penalized an arab man AED 5,000 who was accused of seizing AED 150,000 from a Gulf woman after he had promised to marry her and buy an apartment for her in Dubai. He suddenly disappeared and cut off contact with her after seizing the money.
