An Arab young man on trial for accessing a government website without permission

The Court of First Instance convicted an Arab youth for accessing a government website without permission. A young Arab resident in the country transferred a local sim card to a friend in his home country, where the latter convinced him of his great desire to identify the services of some government entities in the country, and the first friend used his Emirates ID card to buy the SIM and transfer it to his friend Who immediately used it.
