“Federal Supreme Court returns drug abuse case to “Court of Appeal”

Federal Supreme Court overturned a mitigated sentence of a psycotropic drugs abuser from six months imprisonment to a penalty of AED 5,000. The court stated that there is no evidence that the psychotropic drug was used for treatment and referred the case to the Court of Appeal for further consideration.
