AED 200.000 compensation for an architect injured in a car accident

Abu Dhabi Federal Court of First Instance obliged a driver, his company and the insurance company to pay AED 200,000 compensation to a female architect for causing her disability due to a car accident resulted from reckless driving. The medical report revealed that the woman suffered many fractures, which led to a 30% permanent disability and 40% walking disability.
