Department of Government Cases win a dispute worth AED 405 million

Department of Government Cases at Abu Dhabi Judicial Department won a final judgment for one of the government funds represented by the Department. The Abu Dhabi Court of Cassation obliged a company to pay AED 405 million after failing to implement an infrastructure project.
