Man murders his colleague at night and discovers the crime in the morning

Dubai criminal court in Dubai looked into the case of an Asian unemployed man who was accused of beating a man to death, without realizing that he had killed him. He slept nearby and when he found the next morning that the victim was dead he escaped, but was later arrested by Dubai Police, and confessed to his crime.

A witness from the Dubai Police in the investigation of the Public Prosecution stated that the command and control room had received a report about a dead body of a person found in a sandy yard behind Grand City Mall, Al Quoz Industrial Area. He added that the accused was not conscious and assaulted his colleague because of a dispute over a sleeping spot that he warned the victim not to sleep in his place.

The defendant confessed to beating the victim with his hands and feet, in various parts of his body several times, and did not use any tool to beat him and no one saw the crime because it happened late at night in the sandy yard where no surveillance cameras are in place. The defendant added that he did not murder him intentionaly, but he wanted to harm him.
