Fog enveloped parts of the UAE on Tuesday morning, reducing the horizontal visibility to lower levels at times, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM said that horizontal visibility could be less than 1,000 metres at times over some coastal and inland areas of the country. The NCM has also advised drivers to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations.
“Fresh southeasterly winds are expected and might reach 40kmph at times. The wave height is expected to reach up to 7 feet high,” NCM said.
Temperatures will range from 31°C to 35°C in the interior regions, 30°C to 33°C along the coast and 19°C to 24°C in the mountains.
The maximum humidity would be 65 to 90 per cent across coastal, 70 to 95 per cent in interior regions and between 50 to 65 per cent in the mountains.
The sea will be slight to moderate becoming rough by late night in the Arabian Gulf and rough to moderate in the Oman Sea.
