A Foreigner on trial for developing an Internet network without a license

The Federal Supreme Court sentenced a foreign defendant to 6 months in jail and a fine of AED 20,000 while abolishing the deportation penalty, after he was convicted for developing and managing an Internet service network and distributing it to others without obtaining a license from the competent authorities.
