The Dubai Public Prosecution referred four Gulf men to the criminal court after being charged with physically assaulting an Emirati man and causing him a permanent injury. According to investigations, a 22-year-old Emirati employee was injured when he was trying to cease a fight between the defendants which resulted in the break of the victim’s forehead bones
