The Dubai Police Events’ Security Committee (ESC) has completed its preparations to secure the Dubai Airshow 2019, which is going to be held at DWC from 17-21 November.
Pilot Major General Ahmad Muhammad bin Thani, Assistant to the Commander-in-Chief for Ports Affairs at Dubai Police, stressed the importance of the Dubai Air Show for the UAE in general and Dubai in particular, as it has become a major event in the global aviation agenda.
He said that these events have achieved a good international reputation and the success of the Dubai Air Show is a series of successes achieved by the nation on the ground, and we are entitled to take pride in the status of this exhibition and the results achieved at all levels of security.
bin Thani affirmed the readiness of the ESC to secure this unique event, which has become a feature of the Emirate of Dubai through coordination meetings between the members of the Committee. He also approved that the delegation of tasks and the security plans and scenarios implemented by the committee to deal with any possible emergency. The ESC has acquired a lot of expertise and know-how in the field of security through securing many events and annual festivals held in Dubai.
