The court overturned a ruling that obliged a company to pay an employee AED 188,000

The Federal Supreme Court overturned a ruling that obliged a real estate company to pay an employee AED 188,000 after filing a lawsuit stating that he agreed with the company in 1997 to work as a real estate marketing and public relations agent. The contract stated that he will receive 10% for each sale or purchase he completes, where he had made several sales and purchases and his share worthed more than AED 5 Milion but the company failed to pay him.

The court affirmed that the lesson was that the time limit for hearing the case should be determined by the proper legal adjustment of the dispute.
