A young man sentenced to 10 years in prison for raping a girl

The recklessness led a young man to abandon his dreams and ambitions when he knew a girl who came to the country on a visit visa and she exceeded her legal stay and he lured her on the pretext of helping her legalize her residency in the country, and raped her.

At a recklessness moment, the young man decided to take advantage of the girl’s need to satisfy his sexual desires, and asked her to come to one of his friend’s apartment to help her legalize her residency in the country, and told her that he had a solutions to all her minor problems, and they should discuss some important details together.

The girl went to the apartment where he raped her and beat her until she fell unconscious, and when she woke up she informed the police about what had happened.

The Dubai Public Prosecution looked into the case, the defendant denied the charges against him, but the prosecution collected witness evidences and then faced him then he confessed. The Public Prosecution referred him to the criminal court after being charged with the rape of a female visitor and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
