Help Dubai police identify this boy

Dubai Police asked the public to help them identify the boy in the picture and to call 901 or Al Muraqabat police station on 04-2660555.
Brigadier Ali Ghanem, Director of Al Muraqabat Police Station, said that the five-year-old boy was found by a woman who noticed the boy was alone for a long time at Al Reef Mall on Saturday.
He said that the boy is in good physical condition and waiting to hand him over to his parents.
