Dubai is the “Most Liveable City” in the Middle East

Dubai and Abu Dhabi have been named the most liveable cities in the Middle East and North Africa for the third year in a row by The Economist Intelligence Unit, ranking cities on their stability, culture and environment, education and infrastructure and health care.
