Asian man on trial for swindling money

Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal looked into the case of an Asian young man who is charged with fraud after he swindled money from other Asians and issued cheques without balance.
The defendant deluded the victims, claiming that he has a restaurant with guaranteed profits, and was able to obtain money from them to take part in his restaurant. He also provided them with cheques without balance which they couldn’t cash and discovered that they were exposed to fraud and that the restaurant was a fake project.
