Asian employer faces rape charges

A 47-year-old Asian businessman faces rape charges after he allegedly took advantage of a young Arab woman’s need to work and sexually assaulted her at his office in the building where the restaurant she works at is located.

According to the case documents, the defendant joined the restaurant owned by the suspect, but he dismissed her initially due to her lack of residence permit. After being fired from another restaurant for the same reason, she returned to apply for work in the first one where the defendant agreed to employ, yet he asked her first to meet an acquaintance of him at an office he owns in the building. It turned out that he is the one waiting for her at 10pm at the office door, asking her to come in before allegedly locking the door, assaulting her, and violently stealing her virginity.
