Asian man on trial for harassing a woman

An Asian sales representative was sentenced to 3 months in jail to be followed by deportation after being charged with harassing a female employee in metro, a Dubai Criminal Court heard on Thursday.

The case dates back to February 14 when the victim was sitting in a metro cabin with the defendant, who looked as if he had consumed alcohol, and harassed her.

The defendant asked her not to call the police. He tried more than once to run away but the police arrived to arrest him.
