A school principal acquitted of student injury charge

A school principle was acquitted of neglect charge after a 9-year-old student suffered multiple fractures following a fall of wooden object on his leg while he was in the school, Sharjah Misdemeanors Court heard.
According to records, parents of child accused the school and the principal of neglect which caused the injury to the student.
The principle denied the charge and said the student was playing in the school’s playground and tried to climb up a wooden object fixed on the wall, which fell on his body, causing the serious injuries.
