Abu Dhabi: Father denied compensation after son’s accident

Abu Dhabi Court of Cassation has ruled against a Dh500,000 compensation that was initially set for a father whose son was injured in a traffic accident. This came after a ruling that the son will receive a compensation of 2 million and Dh100,000, pointing out that as long as the injured is alive, parents and close family are not entitled to compensation.
