The Court of Misdemeanors in Ras Al Khaimah Court acquitted three sons and their father of the charges of beating and insulting each other as a result of a dispute over a new house. The father refused to allow his sons and his first wife to live with him at his home.
The sons insisted, stating that it’s their mother’s right, which prompted the father to divorce his wife to drop her right to housing. The accused expressed their desire to do reconcile with their father, but he refused.
