RAK: 18-year-old reckless driver caught by Police

Ras Al Khaimah Police arrested an 18-year-old driver with a newly issued driver’s license driving recklessly, damaging public property and causing panic and fear for the pedestrians in one of the main areas of the emirate, which endangered his life and the lives of others.
