RAK: Three Asians injured after vehicle deteriorates, collides with iron barrier

Three people of Asian nationality aged between 28 and 43 were severely injured when their vehicle suddenly deteriorated and collided with the iron barrier separating the two directions on the Emirates Road in Ras Al Khaimah.

Colonel Ahmed Al Naqbi, Director General of Central Operations of the General Directorate of Ras Al Khaimah Police, stated that not paying attention to the road in any way and specifically by using the mobile phone, became one of the most serious accident-causing traffic violation.

The 43-year-old Asian driver who was seriously injured, and the two passengers -aged 36 and 28- were all taken to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and the file was transferred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures.
