Earthquake of 6.3 magnitude strikes off Moluccas Islands, Indonesia

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake struck off Indonesia’s Moluccas Islands on Sunday, Reuters has quoted the US Geological Survey as saying.

The quake struck in the sea, 147 km (92 miles) northwest of the city of Ternate and at a depth of 76.5 km.

There were no immediate tsunami warnings and no immediate reports of damage.
