The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department saves company from bankruptcy

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department is the first of its kind in the region to save a company from the risk of bankruptcy and to assist in restructuring it before the bankruptcy department of the Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance.

The company succeeded in repaying its obligations and renewing its commercial license and achieving liquidity of 5 times the capital.
