His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai surprised the Iraqi girl “Sarah Abdulrahman Khashman”, who emotionally stood cheering for UAE’s national team. His Highness also gave her a signed copy of his latest book.
