A three-year-old Arab boy drowned in the swimming pool of a hotel villa in Ras Al Khaimah on Sunday.
The boy, Saif, drowned during a family trip to RAK from Abu Dhabi.
The father of the boy stated that the tragic incident happened when his children were playing alone in the villa. He suddenly heard one of his children screaming, rushed to them and found that his youngest son had drowned in the pool.
The incident was reported to Ras Al Khaimah Police, who immediately dispatched an ambulance and paramedics to the site in a record time.
