Fujairah: GCC man on trial for kidnapping, molesting Arab girl

Fujairah court has postponed the case of a GCC suspect accused of kidnapping and molesting an Arab girl.

Details of the case reveal that the victim reported to the police alleging that the accused abducted her, and molested her against her will. The police arrested the accused and transferred him to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The lawyer of the accused presented her arguments before the court that no evidence of the victim’s claim had been received in the investigation, since she did not present witnesses in the case, the report of the forensic doctor did not support the molesting accusation, and the accused had no previous relation of any kind to the victim.
