Sharjah: GCC National arrested for using “Crystal Meth” in his car

A GCC national is facing the charges of drug abuse and possession of the “Crystal Meth” narcotic substance, after he was raided by the security guards while he was in his vehicle using the “Crystal”. A quantity of the substance was also seized in his bag. The Sharjah Misdemeanors Court confronted him with the charge.

The judge heard testimony from the witness, who said that he was in a police patrol with his colleague during an evening shift. He witnessed a suspiciously parked vehicle in front of a sports clubs in Sharjah. The man inside the car was found to be taking drugs, noting that a small amount of the same substance was seized  in a bag that was placed on the driver seat of his car.

The court confronted the accused with the testimony of the witness, the accused denied the charges. The court postponed the case to October 17.
