Missing mentally disabled man found dead in Al Ain

The mentally disabled young man who left his family’s house on August 1st. was found dead in Al Bateen area after a 24-day absence during which he was searched by concerned authorities, his family and relatives who helped search for him.

His brother stated that Mahmoud’s body was found in Al Bateen area near a petrol station located north in a sandy area where he’s believed to have died of heat, severe exhaustion and thirst, pointing out that there was no criminal suspicion in his death. He also expressed the family’s faith of destiny, praying that his brother would rest in peace.
