New Human Resources law approved for Dubai Government

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai approved Dubai government’s new human resources law, the law stated the following:

– The law recognizes the possibility of appointment on the basis of “remote work” and gives people of determination an additional bonuses.

– Five days instead of three days for mourning leave upon the death of a relative of the second degree.

– Annual travel allowance for the employee’s family under the age of 21 instead of 18 years.

– A five-day comprehensive leave for the employee who is preparing researches, projects and graduation letters.
